Introduction
In this review, we briefly summarize the recent developments of new-generation solar cells integrated with supercapacitors, hereinafter called solar capacitors. An overview of the operating mechanism and con-figurations of the integrated system is first presented. . The effective capacitance is 4.5F, respectively 40F.
